Objective
Legends Global Europe (formerly ASM Global) set out to improve productivity and efficiency for staff across their venue portfolio, while implementing a solution that could be deployed quickly at scale.
One of the key drivers behind the project was cash control. With the shift accelerated during COVID, there was a clear focus on reducing cash handling across all venues. As a result, many outlets now operate as fully cashless environments, improving transaction speed, reducing risk, and simplifying operations for both staff and finance teams.

Results
Over 1,200 devices were installed across 22 venues operated by Legends Global Europe across the UK. Since May 2021, Kappture has processed more than three million transactions across these venues.
Nearly a quarter of the devices deployed were all-in-one mobile EPOS and payment units. Equipped with leather cases and shoulder straps, they are well suited to high-pressure event environments, enabling waiting teams to take orders and payments simultaneously. This reduces unnecessary movement between tables, allowing more guests to be served, more frequently.
All venue data is consolidated into a single data lake within the Legends Global Europe back office, enabling estate-wide reporting alongside detailed site-level insights. From flash reports to full performance breakdowns, teams have access to the information they need, when they need it.
Kappture’s reporting tools also support straightforward financial reconciliation for central teams and venue managers. With live dashboards powered by real-time data, decisions can be made quickly, and stock can be managed efficiently across each venue.
The partnership has continued to grow, with Kappture now supporting Legends Global Europe as they expand into new European markets, delivering the same high-performance EPOS solutions across leading arenas and live event spaces.
