Croke Park wanted to further enrich the guest experience at their stadium, with a focus on increasing concession payments and introducing reporting and analytics, something which they hadn’t used before.

Results
The Kappture POS (Point of Sale) system was installed across more than 400 terminals throughout the site, and a streamlined and smart cash and stock management system was implemented.
The initial installation work was carried out by a team of three engineers over five days.
Since Kappture was installed at Croke Park, they have hosted over 100 GAA matches and produced some outstanding live music events for some of the biggest names in the world, such as Ed Sheeran, Westlife, Taylor Swift, Garth Brooks, The Spice Girls and The Rolling Stones.
The security, reliability and robustness of the Kappture software has played its part in making sure these fabulous events were executed smoothly and without any downtime.
In early 2022, Kappture did a full hardware upgrade at Croke Park, installing the energy efficient K1 devices across the stadium. Kappture also created a new integration to the clover device that is used by Allied Irish Bank Merchant Services.
